Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your return must meet the following conditions upon inspection:

  • The item was purchased directly from the Acid Running website.

  • The item is returned in its original packaging & condition – new, unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached.

  • The item is not soiled, impacted by products, or odour-affected.

  • The item is not damaged in any way.

  • The return is safely packed to avoid damage in transit. If possible, please use the original Acid Running mailer.

  • The return request must be submitted via our returns portal.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will be rejected, and the refund or exchange request will be denied. Acid Running is not responsible for resending rejected items.

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Holiday Extended Returns

For orders placed between 21 November and 1 December 2025, you can return your items up until 31 December 2025, even if this is longer than our standard 30-day return window.

All other return conditions in this policy continue to apply.

How to Return an Item

  1. Within 30 days of receiving your item Start Your Return - Here.

  2. Enter your order number and email address, then click Start.

  3. Select the items you wish to return.

  4. If you’d like an exchange, mention your preferred replacement in the comments section.

  5. Return items within 7 days from creating the return label, unworn and in original packaging with all tags attached.

  6. Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.

We provide a free DPD or Royal Mail return label or QR code. If you choose an alternative shipping provider, this cost will not be reimbursed. Ensure your order details and a list of returned items are included inside your parcel. 

EU & US Returns

  • Click Start Your Return Here.

  • You can return your order using our selected carriers (DHL or UPS) or choose your own courier. If using your own, we recommend a tracked and insured service with proof of postage. Please keep this proof until your return is fully processed.

    Please note: International taxes and duties are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We offer free exchanges for a different size or colour, subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested size is out of stock, a refund will be processed instead.

  • To request an exchange, email team@acidrunning.com before sending your item back.

Processing Times for Returns & Exchanges

  • Please return items within 30 days of receipt, unworn and in original packaging with all tags attached. We aim to process returns quickly. 

  • Once received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund or exchange is approved.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after your return is received at our warehouse.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Keep your proof of postage until your refund or exchange is confirmed.

Damages & Issues

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at team@acidrunning.com so we can resolve the issue.

Missed Deliveries

If your parcel is returned to us because it wasn't collected or delivery was missed, we can resend it. Alternatively, we can issue a refund (minus the original shipping fee) if you no longer want the item. Please email us at team@acidrunning.com with your preferred resolution.
